Any MUA which does not also try to be half-MTA can do this.  (mutt,
elm, mail, and any other program which pipes the message to a real
MTA)


However, the original question was how to prevent spam from being
generated, not how to deal with it after-the-fact.  There really isn't
any good solution other than teaching people how to behave in the
first place.
