In the time frame from 4/2/02 00:00 hours and 4/11/02 23.59 hours I
received the following

640 Tagged Spam Emails (all correct I may add) totaling 22.2Meg

539 emails from several email lists including this one, mailscanner and
a couple others Totaling 14.3Meg

125 Other regular emails and spam not passing through spam assassin
Totaling 3.39Meg

My email address used to be posted in a lot of newsgroups so I get lots
of spam. Plus I have had the same address for 7 years.

Needless to say Spamassassin is a god send to me.

Perhaps it's because we're primarily a business ISP? (that's certainly
why the
0.5% figure is like it is - because we see a lot of over-size messages
like
word docs which tip the scales).

Personally my home inbox I see about 10 to 15 spams a day (increasing
monthly
it seems), and about 4 or 5 non-spams. But I'm a fairly unusual case -
try a
google search for my name for example ;-)
