Perhaps it's because we're primarily a business ISP? (that's certainly why the 
0.5% figure is like it is - because we see a lot of over-size messages like 
word docs which tip the scales).

Personally my home inbox I see about 10 to 15 spams a day (increasing monthly 
it seems), and about 4 or 5 non-spams. But I'm a fairly unusual case - try a 
google search for my name for example ;-)
