Should. I can't think of any reason the eval tests *need* to be in a .pm 
file, aside from the nice compilation testing and syntax highlighting 
that gives the developers. But that could be achieved with a better test 
suite (which I'm working on).

Though perhaps it needs some checks to say that "User rules can't be 
eval rules" or something like that. But I think that's another bug 
altogether anyway.
