wouldn't work -- the spammers could just run SpamAssassin, get the
hash, and then do the mail-out.

However it would be possible to come up with code which checks
to make sure there's 

        - an X-Spam-Status: yes flag

        - the Subject tag

        - an SpamAssassin report of >5-8 lines

in the mail.  if all 3 are present then avoid re-scanning.
Spammers would then effectively have to create an SpamAssassin report
*in full* to get by it!
