Well, life extension doesn't really work (CR only buys you a decade at best), and doesn't look like it can be made to work within the next half century (Aubrey's SENS nonwithstanding), so the only option left is cryonics. Unfortunately, availability and QA of cryonics have remained in pretty dismal state (sometimes even regressing) in the last decades, so it's not obvious you can get your reliable, affordable cryopreservation in 40-50 years in many locations of the planet. (Please no Matt Groening jokes about frozen heads in jars).
