Speaking for myself, I find it most interesting that several friends of mine who happen to be google employees (though not all of them) feel this way. Now, that certainly doesn't necessarily mean that I believe that this is true as a result, but it is equally certainly one of the factors I would consider in forming my opinion of google as a company.
