Hey guys, I have met some of you through OpenCoffee, StartUp Camp etc and I thought this might be a good forum to tap up some expertise on business structure. I am here in Sydney on my girlfriends temporay visa (4 years) while I wait for my residency application to be processed (who knows how long that will take), does any one have any knowledge on what restrictions apply to a non resident with regard setting up an Australian based LTD company. I have heard that you must have at least 1 Australian resident as director and secretary?
Any accountants on here that are willing to sit down with me for a quick chat in return for beer / cash?
