Hi fellow Silicon Beachers, We have an internship available for an enthusiastic and reliable IT student. In this internship, you will be given deep insight into building and running an internet start-up from scratch. Likely that the role develops into a future paid future paid part-time or full- time.
We have just successfully finished capital raising, are in stealth mode and are going to launch a new eCommerce platform in Australia. We are Sydney based (Surry Hills) and have a role for a student who is looking to develop invaluable online business experience before they graduate. The intern would assist product management and help setting up the operations. Needless to say the tasks will change. However, copying and filing you can do somewhere else.... We wanted to post this opening early even though we are still very early in the process. But this opportunity might be interesting for someone that is interested in getting on board before the actual live to site. Candidates should be familiar with eCommerce and the internet (you would think so in this forum), comfortable in unstructured and fast- paced environments and have excellent communication skills.
