Actually, atleast one of the board of directors must be a PR. Thats why
us kiwi blokes can come over and start a company :-)

As for the answer to your question, you're going to need at least one
board director who is Australian. As a private company, you only need
to have one directory minimum, but that's assuming they are Aussie.
