Hi all - Quick intro... I have a business called Domain Partners,
www.domainpartners.com.au and I must apologise for the site itself, it
is the ugliest in Australia (we're 3 months old please be gentle). We
are acquiring, leasing and joint venturing with premium domain owners
in Australia and will look abroad soon. None of our sites are live but
for instance we recently acquired the following:
software.com.au
server.com.au & servers.com.au
network.com.au
printers.com.au
notebook.com.au
repairs.com.au
cables.com.au

There's about 90 more, the best will be developed. We have some others
too that will be public over the next couple of months.

About me... I have been working in online since '99 in roles at
Ozemail, Austar and Google in that order. I was at Google for four
years, in sales/business development. Great fun (lovely food, you
should all get in there at some stage) but need to do my own thing and
decided to embrace several online businesses rather than focus on only
one. We're very specific in what we want to go into though, so I tell
my wife that is still "focus".

Hiring starts in January. We need gun software engineers and PHP,
MYSQL, AJAX and general web dev stuff like creating reusable content
modules. Experience in using third party tools that are available on
the net to make things happen quickly is also invaluable.

We're well enough funded but bootstrapping it initially.

Thanks for the soap box, reply to find out more and I will see you at
the Grace soon :)
