Spreadsheet crash

I may have reached some software limitations. I have a large spreadsheet that I am editing. The spreadsheet has 31 sheets. Each sheet has 7 columns. The largest sheet currently has 25000 lines. The next largest sheet has 8500 lines. When I try and save the file I sometimes get the following error
