For me the problem is why openemeetings create a user/contact after each this

mysql_persistence.xml is updated too !! So my
persistence.xml was obsoleted, I modify with my BDD name and password and
renamed the RC3 mysq_persistence.xml with persistence.xml, and yes email
invitation works now !
Sorry cause all this issue was on my own !
