In fact it isn't a real dns alias, but a dns redirection (via ovh), so not a real dns, that's why, imho, OM was taking ip and not name. So that's what I have done : Create a A record : wconference.xxx.fr that points to wanip_om_server Connect to http://wconference.xxx.fr:5080 Check that url of invitation contains domain name and not ip : OK Update the redirection : conference.xxx.fr that points to http://wconference.xxx.fr:5080 Connect to http://conference.xxx.fr So the invitation url is now "http://wconference.xxx.fr:5080/...." that is ok for me, that is a workaround but that'not a big deal :) The main point is that the dns name of our domain appears. Thx for your help Clem PS : for info, this ovh dns redirection is weird, I had a similar problem with ajaxplorer android client ! So I could find the problem quickly with your help :) Le 21/02/2013 18:23, Alvaro a écrit :...could help change: /.../red5/webapps/openmeetings/config.xml ...the line: <rtmphostlocal></rtmphostlocal> ...to <rtmphostlocal>conference.xxx.fr</rtmphostlocal> You should say Maxim. .......... Everything seems to be working ok except for one issue when using a Windows client. I'm trying to type in Greek multi-accented text which is part of standard UTF8. Although everything works find when using a Linux (Ubuntu) client, it doesn't seem to work with windows. It's not displaying properly and It seems that the multiaccented symbols are not rendered correctly (rendered as squares). I'm assuming it's got to do with the font used by Openmeetings server but I can't really figure out how to solve it. Thanks!
