Hello, I've Openmeetings 2.1 last release, when I send an invitation for one user (not registered), he can connect and we can see his name that is his e-mail.
Today, we have a conference with lot of users, so I want to generate the url and copy/paste it in a grouped mail, so all users have the same url, but when they connect, no names appears, we can't see who is who ... Not very user-friendly. If I understand, I have to manually send an invitation to all my recipients, one by one, pffff ... It can be great if just before they connect to conference room, they can enter their name. Is that possible, an existent feature ? Thanks, regards Clem
