Uninstalling it solves the problem, installing it again brings the

Same thing here with a Feisty CD on an Athlon 1700+ desktop. I checked the CD
for errors and performed a memtest - all ok.
Basically the issue is that the CD drive keeps spinning forever, even without

Okay, I've had a look at the kmilo code. It seems the OSD is configurable
through skins, however the choice of the skin is hardcoded. A possibility would

- implement several skins (for now there is only one in the kmilo code base, I
guess the skin used in Kubuntu simply replaces the default

Up to a few days ago the settings of KDE Power manager were enforced: I had
configured suspend on lid close and hibernate when battery drops below 5min.
Now those settings are no longer enforced: when I close the lid the screen
Still no luck after restarting the machine. I do not see any pinhelper
or passkey-agent process (tried 'ps aux |grep pin' and 'ps aux |grep
pass'). When is the pin helper started? How can I start it by hand?

I was able to pair with my phone starting passkey-agent by hand. So the
problem is that passkey-agent is not started on boot. Which script is in
charge of starting the passkey-agent?

In today's updates there was a mention of a change regarding pin helper
in bluetooth packages:
debian/patches/010-kubuntu-pin-helper.patch:
- updated for with 3.9
As far as I'm concerned I still cannot pair with my bluetooth phone
(SonyEricsson K700i).

Note that this dmesg output is with the booted 2.6.20-11 kernel.
As for the log with 2.6.20-12 I cannot have it, it seems the error occurs
before the disks are mounted.
