Public bug reported:

After updating my Feisty install today and rebooting, X fails to start.
First it complained that it could not load the xinerama module so I commented
it out in the modules section. Then I get the following error (the full error
log is attached, here are xorg's last words):
----------------------
Backtrace:

3: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers//radeon_drv.so(RADEONPreInit+0x137f) [0xb7afd86

7: /usr/bin/X11/X(FontFileCompleteXLFD+0x1e1) [0x8073ab1]

Fatal server error:
Caught signal 11. Server aborting

I'm using the fglrx driver meanwhile, which seems to work without
problem.
