thank you, iMac, got it. Interesting. I have my Evo set to preview
emails... as soon as I clicked on yours, Evo froze.
I am downloading the debug packages for gtk, to see if I can zero in the
issue. But indeed, it sounds like it is still there.

This is ugly. iMac: indeed changing 'content-disposition' to attachment
(from inline) bypasses the issue. But I can repeat the problem every
single time. The stacktrace is, right now, the biggest one I have seen
in quite some time, with about 160 frames. And indeed it seems to deal
with GTK.
This
This seems like a rather different issue than the current upstream. Will
look at b.g.o, and open a new one if needed.

Thank you for opening this bug and helping make Ubuntu better. It seems,
from the stacktrace, that the fault is related to the libmalaga/voikko
language tools. Perhaps you can try momentarily disabling (or
uninstalling) libmalaga and/or *voikko*, and see if this will allow you
to use Evolution.
Me
Argh! Wrongly set the upstream. Resetting it.

You received this bug no
OK. mbarnes, upstream, had also had this issue on Fedora. The issue is
on malaga, indeed. There is a patch available on
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2802548&group_id=156731&atid=800960.
So, rigtht now, the option is to uninstall malaga. I will see what we
can do here, meanwhile.
Package updated to malaga. I will check if the proposed patch (from the
voikko developers) can be applied. Also, per them, upstream malaga seems
to be MIA.

The patch is already applied on Karmic. This may need a SRU for Jaunty
(updating from malaga 7.12-1 to 7.12-2).
