There is a kernel bug. The drivers/input/atkbd.c file has a quirk in it
for Dell laptops which needed to be expanded to cover more models. It
was changed initially to match any laptop manufactured by "Dell Inc.",
but this then broke ones manufactured by "Dell Computer Corporation". So

It should be noted that this machine (and card) worked fine with breezy
badger & dapper dan (latest kernel 2.6.15-27). I have actually rebooted
into 2.6.15-27 & confirmed the linksys still works.

but report an error 5 (bug meant to be fixed according to

I can confirm that this problem seem to be solved in 8.10.
After upgrading from 8.04 to 8.10 on the same hardware I can now use my D-Link
System Inc DWL-G630 Rev E (wireless pc-card adapter) without any problem...

printer, one ink jet), and in both cases if the printer is turned off

I have multiple accounts at my SIP-provider freenet.de, and I can
register only one of them at the same time. I fired up my network
sniffer and watched the login-process, and noticed that ekiga seems to
mix up with the "username" part of the digest

manager applet in the upper-right corner.
login using another user (user2) without logging off user1, you won't find
