Binary package hint: lyx
Package = lyx 1.6.1-1~hardy1
Kubuntu = 8.04.1
This only applies to lyx 1.6.** and not lyx 1.5.* etc. When creating a
document with numbered sections, subsections, etc, the section numbers are
correctly shown in the lyx workspace and toc, but the subsection numbers do
not. For example, for section 5, I get
5 "title of section"
whilst for subsection 5.3, I actually get
??.3 "title of subsection".
The question marks (??) appear as shown.
The final pdf output is perfectly ok with sections, subsections etc
properly numbered. I have tried compiling myself from source, and I have
tried the most recent binary package downloaded from kubuntu (lyx
1.6.1-1~hardy1). It makes no difference.
