There is more information : It happens on all websites. I'm using the default firefox skin (no skins installed), flashplugin-nonfree (however the problem appears even when there is no flash content on the page), totem and VLC plugins are also installed, as well as FoxyProxy, the only extension I've installed.
There is more information about the blinking : It seems somewhat random. Half of the time, when the cursor comes over a link, the link passes in its rollover state, (blue underlined by default) for about ten milliseconds and then returns to its normal state and stays so, like if the cursor was not on it, until I get the cursor out of it and then back on it, what causes the phenomenon to repeat. The other half of the time, when the cursor is over a link, the links "blinks" : the phenomenon I've described repeats rapidly and indefinitely while the cursor is on the link. Compiz is disabled (no effects), and gnome uses the theme "glossy". -- Firefox links blinking on rollover (version 3.05-1.0, Jaunty) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/313706 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
