I would recommend using a Grundfos SQ 120 or 240 volt AC pump on a timer. Because you mention using a conventional pump, I assume that there's AC power available? The SQ line is very efficient and has no surge at start up. And it's a lot less expensive than the SQF line of pumps.

Hi Mac, It's always the inverter that you powered up first. So you get to decide which one is the master. FYI- this can cause problems with customers that fiddle around with things and turn the inverters back on the wrong order.fun ;-) Roy B
