It took me 3 days from the 10th of DEC. to the 13th when I got mine. There are still some glitches see below. What firmware revision is in the CSW's please? If you download the firmware there is a revision page that says what was fixed. The fan issue was 3 revisions back. If the fan circuit is damaged, the default is fans on. I only use XW's for my clients because they are what should be used offgrid in
