It took me 3 days from the 10th of DEC. to the 13th when I got mine. There are still some glitches see below. One must also keep in mind the huge number of really crazy calls from DIY people who had no training installing systems. I know it sucks now but rumors of a really good interactive FAQ specific to Schneider Solar will help those folks and keep the lines available for us. I always tell them how much I miss the Xantrex user forum but....
