Friends:
I think it unconscionable that Schneider is hiding behind an automated
façade. I am grateful to receive the “secret” number. This poor tech
support is another reason I will not be specifying Schneider.
Thanks Kevin.

I had a similar experience with SMA on using the Sunny Island system. I
tried several persons in tech support, none seemed to understand the Sunny
Island. But I think I was working with the east coast office.

they have to have a second independent power system and 2nd genset. They

Hi Kevin
Frustrating isn’t it. Try calling the tech support line and then enter the
number 8. You should get a real person.

Dave,
I'd be interested to know what issues you are having with the Discover
batteries, since these are one of the LiFePO batteries we are considering
seriously.
Thanks,

Hi Wrenches,
How do I get access to the wrenches "bitching" list. My colleagues

Good luck with that. We've had similar issues; I've called and talked to
their engineers (to get questions answered); they say they'll call back, but
I never hear from anyone. I did get a response from their on-line form; it
took two+ weeks.

Peter,
Just a quick word of caution... If you are going to need backup power then just
double check that the surge capabilities of these inverters will work for you.
I know nothing about the Tesla, but I do know that most of the newer battery

Hi Wrenches,
