I noticed the same thing. I'd ride a 60cm which has a TT of 62. That's long. Even with the bars level with the saddle I'd have use a 9cm stem. But then again, maybe not. I could be missing something here. I wouldn't push the saddle forward to "shorten" the TT. --mik
