I purchased my Berthoud HB bag through them and the service was excellent. The Boulder Bicycle received an outstanding review in VBQ and is definitely something you might want to consider. The spec build on the complete is well thought out. If you do go with their bike you'll definitely want to look into randonneuring. Actually, whatever bike you get, look into randonneuring.
