am a big fan of Pointer Brand clothes. No nonsense clothes made in the
USA and made to last. I really like their carpenter jeans and my 2 year old
enjoys his engineer cap. http://www.pointerbrand.com/

Interesting idea I wonder if the quality of the leather would be different I
know that has been an issue. I think it would be cost prohibitive
considering how expensive Brooks saddles have gotten in the last couple
years.

Eric,
Enjoy you new Simple One. For fenders on my Quickbeam, I have Planet
Bike Cascadia with the quick release in the back (I don't think that
they use to come with a front quick release but they do now and you
can order an extra quick release for the rear directly from Planet
Bike).
(without me on it) - $60 shipped.
2. Rivendell Banana Bag - well used but no holes and lots of life
left -$40 shipped.

I would send Walz an email or give them a call, I wouldn't be surprised if
they would make you a larger summer cap.

The Salsa Vaya is also worth a look. It uses 26 inch wheels in the smaller
sizes.

Maybe try getting 2 pairs of sandals and rotating them every day so they
have a chance to dry.
Maybe try Chaco sandals. I had odor issues with Keen Sandals but my Chacos
have been pretty good.

I am 5'7 and wear pants with a 30 inch inseam. The length is no problem.
I do have freakishly large calves and actually find the newer MUSA pants
too tight in the calves. The older ones were fine.

Take a look at foxwear. You can choose the weight and custom sizing. I
don't have a foxwear vest but I have 2 pairs of pants I like.
