I'll jump in after a long weekend offline.
I have an love my candybar bag, not on the bike though. I use mine under
the headlight on my motorcycle as a tool bag. I made two slits in the bag
and inserted a dowel rod to use a mounting style like the rest of the
Baggins bags.

Hey Joe -- I have never run the Marathon Supremes but my plain Marathons
were pretty awful. Compared to them, the Panaracer Paselas I run are smooth
and fast.

When I first got Marathon Supremes I ran them at about 80 PSI and HATED
them. They felt slow and heavy. Running them at ~40front/60rear works
much better and for some reason they actually feel faster. I'll probably
go back to Paselas next time, those are my favorite tires so far.

Over the last 5-6 months I have spent the majority of miles on the cross
bike. Did some racing, but mainly a bunch of mixed path/singletrack riding.
I have enjoyed it so much, and surprisingly become very comfortable with

I just installed a Midge bar on my Fargo. I tried any number of flared,
off-road drop bars including the Woodchipper and the Moustache bar, and
never liked any of them (the M-bar has no "upright" flat position; the
Woodchipper has a hook angle that is too sharp, meaning that, with the huge

Celery green with clear shellac is a lovely color, and even when it fades it
has a nice look. I think it would look fantastic in a harlequin wrap with dark
green, and would really jazz up your bike (which is already to die for, IMO).

I think I have woodchippers on whatever stem came stock on the Ram with tektro
levers if you wanna try the setup for cheap.
As for color I can't imaging doing anything to that bike. It's beautiful. I'd
probably go with olive/drab though.

If you ride wide-ish bars already, be sure to get the wider 46cm
Woodchippers. They splay out crazy-wide, but were much more comfortable for
