How do you keep the blinkie aimed properly? When I attach them to a bag, tey end up pointed downward and in effect lose half of their intensity. The PDW Fenderbot tail light works on a Longboard fender. And also on the Planet Bike fenders. Have in the past used them on the now departed Sam Hillborne and departed Fargo. Probably will set one up for the SimpleOne next year, as the battery tail light on that bike is on the Nitto rear rack.

Go with the V-brakes b/c they can be less of an ass pain to setup. The tektro 520 levers also feel pretty good in my hands. Having said that - so do the shimano levers. However, if you really want cantis, spring for the paul cantis - they are just a nicer brake and less fidgety to setup than the
