The normal mounts for Planet Bike rear lights comes apart to attach 
different bands for seatstay or seatpost mounting, and as a result you can 
just bolt the bracket portion to a convenient braze on.  I mounted one to 
the upper seatstay mounts on a bike with no rear rack.
