I have seen this - It was due (In my case) to a large zip file containg
a compressed tif (~120M)
I needed to reduce the maximum message size clamav would scan:

I noticed that qmail-scanner supports different types of decoders like tnef
and unzip and uudecode but are there any plans to support binhex? Its not
like i get many (any) binhex attachments but people seem to be freaking out
because the binhex tests from www.testvirus.org get through the servers.

I am using qmail-scanner-1.20rc1 with qmail-1.03, clamav-0.60, and
Mail-SpamAssassin-2.55. Everything has worked perfectly until yesterday.

to add 6 then 10.

Yesterday, I installed above softwares. I need deny mails with zip with
