I am running qmail-scanner+spamd+clamd and I noticed a message like this
made it through our email server.

Now should I just need my spamd learn it as a spam or is there something
qmail-scanner could have done to block it ?
This email forged the sender address to come into my mailserver and
successfully spammed my account
Any help/suggestion would be greatly appreciated
Note: I had to mask the my addr to save the innocents
