working (was working) pretty good till this hitch. If I am unable to sort

You need Kubuntu for that. Kubuntu is Ubuntu with KDE. Incidentally, KMail
is favourite with me as well. I have used it with Mandriva, SuSe and also
with Mepis. If you need, I do have Kubuntu CD and can make a copy.

strongly supported your claim about "availability, ease of configuration and
ease of use". As of now, it is hearsay at best.

get same message when the scripts are disabled. (I use the NoScripts
extension of Firefox). Enabling (even temperorily) scripts from the site
solves the problem. If you have this extension installed, enabling scripts
for the site would solve the pr
