Statistically, it sounds like the lab. Bring all ten rolls back and you'll
get your (normally) wauranteed free roll. Then shoot 2 rolls of cheap film
and bring it in to see the results.

I found, that 2 white plastic rolls are in approx the same place where i
got scratches. At least it is so in my ZX-7. Sometimes you can blame
sand... but not always.
I had 2 scrached lines on my last roll. One of them was all thru the
roll, 1/2 from top.
