Statistically, it sounds like the lab.  Bring all ten rolls back and you'll
get your (normally) wauranteed free roll.  Then shoot 2 rolls of cheap film
and bring it in to see the results.

I changed photo labs because of that, but then almost all of my rolls had
been scratched, so if you're otherwise pleased with the lab you may not need
to change - just to send them a message.
