I found, that 2 white plastic rolls are in approx the same place where i got scratches. At least it is so in my ZX-7. Sometimes you can blame sand... but not always.
I had 2 scrached lines on my last roll. One of them was all thru the roll, 1/2 from top.
The second was sometimes, and about one third from the
bottom (or top?).
