As far as I know, you cannot convert mp3 to midi with any
software. Mp3 is a recorded sound, midi is a bunch of instructions,

do. With sound forge, its very very easy. Press the up or down
arrows to change the zoom, and right and left arrows to position

only ripping option. I personally prefer ez cd extractor at:

From what you say, you did not rip the file. You just copied the
index file pointing to the audio files on the cd to your folder. To
play the songs in winamp, Just highlight the files and press the
applications key, thus bringing up a context menu. Play in winamp
