Hi David,
I wish I could. I believe that that function is hard for us
blind folks to achieve without sighted assistance. I don't know
exactly how he did it, but my friend was able to make sam come out of
my delta 1010 and leave window-eyes and system sounds going through
my audigy card. Once the change is made, it stays and you don't have
to concern yourself about it again. Sorry, but hope this helps.
