Hi all. When I play a file in Soundforge, I'm trying to shift the pitch. I go to Effects and hit P for pitch. I press Enter on it. It gives me a choice to either bend or shift. I choose shift, but nothing happens. What else can I do. I have some old-time radio programs where the speed or

Hi. If Windows XP doesn't play MP3 files, there must be something wrong with the files themselves, and conversion will, most probably, not help you. What happens when you try to play the files? Have you tried copying the files to the hard drive and playing them from there? What program is b

Mike it looks like you can Preorder the recorder from Sound Professionals for about $440. It is comming soon. What I don't understand is Why Charge you for a card you don't want. Let you order the machine blank or with the card of your choice. No one is going to use a 64 meg card. __

Problem with Jaws and N-Track Studio

Hi listers, I am using N-Track Studio v. 4 with JFW 5.1 on an XP system. My problem is that when I try to access something off the menu bar, such as under File, Jaws just says "menu" when I arrow down. If I use Alt F to open the file menu, I can only read the items if I use the Jaws cursor. I

Hi Doc. Same thing happened to me with my xp home, although the plug in was Direct X. I got around this by accident really when my windows updates became to come in. However, I was advised, prior to this that Goldwave didn't really require that particular plug in. Hope this is of some help.
