Hi Antonio. The higher the bit rate usually is, the better the sound
quality is supposed to be. I'm also a new user of Nero and CDex. When in
CDex, I've set my bit rate at 128, which I believe is supposed to be CD
quality. Some feel that higher than that is probably better; but when I

You'll for sure notice a big difference from 96kbps up to 192kbps, I'd leave
it at 192kbps, because you still get great sound along with a reasonable
file size.
Take an extra moment when you find yourself at piece, to think about your
values, and your own affluency.

Hi all,
I am starting to venture in to the multimedia aspects of computing, at last,
and I am using CDEx to rip CD's.
I ripped one CD, and I noticed a low sound quality. At first i attributed
this to Windows Media Player, but even with WinAmp, the file still sounds a
bit too poor for me.
I check
Hi Mardy
Take what I say with a grain of salt, since I am not the big expert on
computing, but here's what I can contribute.
You want a CD Burner that has writeable, and rewriteable capability. That is
called a CD RW.

Hi all, I know this is hard to believe, but this computer doesn't have
a cd burner, and I need one, because the drive where my mp3's are is
low on space, and I have had bad experiences at the store where I

Greetings listers,
Mine isn't a lot different from some I've seen on this list in the past day
or two. I'm running the latest version of Media Player -- 9 point whatever.
And I'm aware that F9 and F10 are the function keys that lower and raise
volume respectively.

Hi all. I enjoyed reading the posts on how to use Nero, for all the new users. I
used CDex to rip my CD tracks to the harddrive. I want to add to my MP3 compilations
in Nero. I got my first ten tracks copied from the harddrive. When I go back to
Nero, I need to know how to add more tracks.
Ah, cool, what both of you guys said worked. Now I will need to figure out how
to burn .ogg, in case I find things in Ogg format that I would want to put on an
mp3 CD, and how to make it so there isn't any spaces between tracks if I want to
make a concert CD, or something. I know that Andrea had to
A couple of small notes:
1. In Nero 6, the burn option is now under the Recorder menu.
2. If you want to label the CD, tab to the treeview that says "New." This will be
found right before the listview containing the tracks in your CD. Now, route your
mouse to where your cursor is, and left-cli
Hi Gina.
The following notes were written for Nero 5.5 but you should be able to
extract what you're looking for from them hopefully.

nothing plays. All file types in winamp. What could be going on? Thanks.

So, I just got a MP3 CD player, not one of the ones with the hard drives, just a
CD player that also plays MP3 CD's.
Ok, so, anyway, how do you make an mp3 CD with Nero 6? I know how to go to new,
and go to the folders, and stuff, but I don't know how to select the folders to
put them on to the CD.

Hi,
I have just installed the ADC trial and my first impression is that it
is very Jaws accessible. Apart from a few funnies, it is remarkably like
handling Windows Explorer. I, for one, am going to buy it.
Ciao,
Ron.
