Hi Antonio. The higher the bit rate usually is, the better the sound
quality is supposed to be. I'm also a new user of Nero and CDex. When in
CDex, I've set my bit rate at 128, which I believe is supposed to be CD
quality. Some feel that higher than that is probably better; but when I
used CDex to rip my CD's to the harddrive, I couldn't seem to notice much
difference from the original CD's I have. At least I feel that the sound
quality is just as good as with music CD's. I hope this helps.
