Hi, in windows 98 se, under sounds, there's only one tab, not several
as seemed to be indicated, so, try going in to total recorder's
options, and under system tab, check both boxes that say use preferred
settings for playback and record, and then check the second of the two
radio buttons further down, this will make the total recorder driver
only run when total recorder runs, saving resources.  There's an
