Starred On the folder sidebar neither "[Gmail]/" nor "All Mail" are listed, but I can't recall what I changed in the configuration to make this so. It requires a two step process of gpg decrypting it, then piping it to the application that can handle the mime type of the file; you may need something like xdg-open to process it and call the default application for the mime type, or perhaps .mailcap can play a role here?
