Hmm ... I have tried to set header_cache on by specifying the path: set header_cache = /var/tmp/.mutt/gmail/header_cache BUT, It takes up to 55 seconds or more to sync the cache everytime I login on my gmail account, downloading 5.4MB of data each time. I have in excess of 125k messages and do not want to download all of these locally. Other smaller IMAP4 accounts are much faster. Is this how it should be, or am I doing something wrong? -- Regards, Mick
