This is a very common issue we see. Best action is to notify an individual at said company and let them escalate. Many times, they will fix it and issue get resolved. Thanks, Michael Irvine | Network Lead Great Computer Solutions O: 847-763-0763 | M: 224-435-6331 E: m...@greatsys.com

If it is Office 365 and not Live/Hotmail, then there are a few more spots. 1) Basic Microsoft Spam Filter. 2) Microsoft deeper check of the links (just had this one give us many issues with the organizations own link showing as phishing). This is in the security center under quarantine. 3) Org

This is normally an issue when it comes to SaaS solutions offering a free trial that happens to allow outbound email sending. Scammers will use it as many tend to trust the source. This is true for many senders as I still get at least 1-3 fake document shares a week on my personal Google account

This is a lot bigger of an issue than just an email. If BofA is allowing accounts to be opened in a company without doing a proper check first, then they have an issue. IF MS Allows it, deleting the email is only a temporary fix as they can choose another spelling of the email and start again.
