I tested this on one of my gmail accounts that is maintained with
MailMate and the inbox items were NOT marked as read.
I would be looking for a gmail rule/filter that is doing it, at least

I ran into this too. It turns out that Google limits you to 10 (TEN)
simultaneous logins. I have about 30+ gmail accounts (multiple business,
etc. etc.) but was only using about 15 with Mailmate. The limit forced
me to rethink how I was doing things (no more throwing mud against the
wall) and
your environment that is causing the behavior you noted.

There are so many different ways to get an email address in MailMate. Let's use
one way that corresponds with your screen sho.
Click on the From menu, move to the bottom of the menu items and select
"Customise...". A dialog open with the current email address selected. Copy and

Support/MailMate ( you can get there by copying the sentence in Go >
Goto Folder )
You can simply copy this folder/it’s contents over to the new
computer.
Just make sure that MM is not running while copy

The only thing bothering me is that I am using MS Office 365 from my work
account, and the server would automatically copy the sent messages to the Sent
folder. So, with the same function provided by MailMate, there

I have that with "all messages last year" which is a fast search, while search
in all messages (which for me is 3.2 million messages) is much slower.

That’s been more or less ok for quite a while now (except that MM still doesn’t
sync my mail on Outlook or Hotmail). However, since a day or so ago, MailMate
has stopped showing newly sent file in the Sent folder. They appear in the All
Messages folder, but not in Sent. How
