Commands > Mailmate > Copy Senders Addresses
It's key mapping is Option-C.

Thanks Malcolm. Certainly an option — and actually the method I use
currently.
I was just hoping for a more direct way, like a keyboard shortcut - or
a way to define one.
Benny has so many things you can put keybindings on, so I was hoping
there is a way to bind “Copy current From address to clipboard”
too...
