They probably fixed the sampling rate issue. The Vocalizer voices normally play at a low sampling rate. For some reason, that caused the system and VoiceOver audio cues to play at that sample rate, also. You can easily check this out without iOS 4. Lock the phone or iPad. Turn off VoiceOver. Wa
