This is very simple. When you run the program, it has a list of keys that you've mapped, which will start off empty. You press the add button. A screen comes up with a listbox for the source key, and another for the key to remap it to. You make your selections and press OK. When you've mapped all of the keys that you want, you press the "write to registry" button.
